What has been done so far, and what happens next?

The solar Park

The extensive investments in solar energy and battery systems have proven resilient. Despite the hurricane, the battery systems remain fully intact, and we have already restored 50% of the solar park's capacity. By January 2025, the solar park will be fully operational, making Mayreau Beach Estate entirely self-sufficient in electricity and water once again. As a carbon-free estate, this restoration ensures sustainability remains at the heart of this tropical sanctuary.

Tribu villa current situation

Tribu Villa

The Tribu Villa suffered significant damage to its windows and doors during the hurricane. New hurricane-proof windows and doors are currently on their way to the Estate and will be installed by January 2025. Following this, work will begin on installing new kitchen, repairing the pools, sun decks, and completing a general refurbishment of this luxurious property. The villa will soon reflect its iconic blend of elegance.

The Club House

This structure withstood the storm well, sustaining only minor damage. Renovation work is already on its way, with the addition of the new Bedouin-style "Canvas Bar" providing an enhanced guest experience. By the end of the first quarter of 2025, the Club House will nearly be fully restored, offering its signature mix of charm and exclusivity.

The dock

The dock was one of the areas most affected by Hurricane Beryl. Comprehensive restoration will start early in the new year, with plans to not only repair but enhance its functionality and aesthetic appeal. The dock will soon provide seamless access to this exclusive tropical retreat.
